How to redeem a token:

1) On an Xbox 360 console, sign in to Xbox Live

2) Go to the Marketplace blade

3) Select Redeem Code

4) Enter the token

5) The Xbox Guide should open and point to the song pack

6) Download the song pack

Once a token has been used, that token can't be used again. However, the user who redeemed the token can attempt to re-download the content that the token pointed to; here are the steps:

1) Sign in to Xbox Live

2) Go to the Marketplace blade

3) Select Account Management

4) Select Download History

5) Select the song pack

6) Select Download Again

Xbox Live is available to users with accounts based in the following territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. Example wording: To download the song pack, users must have either a Gold or Silver Xbox Live membership based in one of the following Xbox Live territories: (list of territories supported by the song pack).
